Coaches add players to their roster using each player's CCP Player ID. Once a player is on the roster, the coach can log game stats that get credited directly to that player's permanent profile. When the season ends, the stats stay on the player's record forever.
A CCP Player ID is permanent. It's assigned once and stays with the athlete for their entire career — from youth leagues through high school, college, and beyond. Nothing resets, nothing expires.
Nothing changes. When a player changes teams, their Player ID moves with them. The new coach adds them to the new roster using the same ID, and new stats are added to the same career record. All previous seasons remain intact.
Athletes on the Player Pro plan have public Scouting Profiles visible to verified scouts through the CCP Scout Portal. Scouts can search by sport, position, graduation class, location, and performance tier. More verified stats improve an athlete's visibility in scout searches automatically.
