We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email, company name, phone, and password credentials you provide when creating an account.
• Team data you enter — information about your team, players, parents, roster, posts, and uploaded photos and documents.
• Payment information — processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Integration data — information exchanged with services you connect, such as Intuit QuickBooks Online (see below).
• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and aggregate analytics about how the Service is used.

We use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• authenticate users and secure accounts;
• process payments and subscriptions;
• sync data with integrations you enable;
• communicate with you about your account, support, and updates;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

If you connect your QuickBooks Online account, you authorize Coaches Corner Pro to access and exchange data with your QuickBooks company solely to provide the features you enable — specifically, syncing your customers, price-book items, invoices, and payments between Coaches Corner Pro and QuickBooks. We access only the data needed for these features.

We do not sell QuickBooks data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the subprocessors that host and operate our Service. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform the syncs you initiate. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting QuickBooks in your Coaches Corner Pro settings or from within Intuit; doing so stops further data exchange.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers (“subprocessors”) that help us operate the Service, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Our key subprocessors include:

• Supabase — application database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Intuit QuickBooks Online — accounting integration (only when you connect it).
• Resend — transactional and notification email.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You can also disconnect integrations and update much of your information directly in the Service.

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and update the “Last updated” date above.
