Short version: Coaches Corner Pro is a youth-sports platform, so we handle data about young athletes with care. We collect only what we need to run accounts, athlete profiles, and game stats. We don't sell your data and we don't spam you. Children under 13 may only use CCP through a parent or guardian who creates and controls the account, consents to our collection of the child's information, and approves any photos or posts. Under-13 profiles are never shown publicly.
Coaches Corner Pro ("CCP," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that information. It applies to our website at coachescornerpro.com, our athlete/coach/parent portals, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Account & profile information. When you create an account or build an athlete profile, we collect:
Athletic data. If you participate as or manage an athlete, we store game and season statistics, box scores, team and roster memberships, and related performance history you or your coach record.
Guardian & family information. For athletes under 13, or any athlete who has an active guardian on the account, we link a parent/guardian account. Guardians review and approve the athlete's photos and posts before they appear, and can manage the athlete's information.
Waitlist signups. If you join the waitlist before registering, we collect your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, and role.
Communications. If you email us or send invitations through the platform, we retain those communications to operate the Services and respond to you.
Usage data. We automatically collect standard technical information when you use the Services — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited — through privacy-friendly analytics and server logs.

We share information only with the service providers we rely on to operate CCP, and only as needed to provide the Services:

CCP is designed for families and youth sports, and we treat children's information with special care under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). A child under 13 may participate only through a parent or guardian who creates and controls the account and consents to our collection and use of the child's information.
For any athlete under 13 — and for any athlete who has an active guardian on the account — we apply the following protections:
Parents and guardians may review the personal information we hold about their child, request that we correct or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time (which will end the child's participation). To do so, contact us at privacy@coachescornerpro.com.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without the required parental consent. If we learn that we have, we will delete that information promptly.

Every marketing email identifies Coaches Corner Pro as the sender, uses an honest subject line, and includes a clear way to unsubscribe. To opt out, click the unsubscribe link or email privacy@coachescornerpro.com. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); residents of other states may have similar rights under their own laws. For a child under 13, a parent or guardian may exercise these rights on the child's behalf. To make a request, email privacy@coachescornerpro.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days).
We keep account and profile information for as long as your account is active, and waitlist information for as long as the waitlist is active or until you ask us to remove it. When you close your account or request deletion, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with the law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
To delete your account or information, email privacy@coachescornerpro.com with "Delete My Info" in the subject line. We'll process the request within 10 business days.
We serve all traffic over HTTPS (TLS encryption), store data with a provider that encrypts it at rest, and use database row-level security and access controls so users can only reach the data they are permitted to. We do not store full payment-card numbers or government ID numbers.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We maintain reasonable safeguards and will notify affected users in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law. To report a security concern, see our security.txt or email security@coachescornerpro.com.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services evolve. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date above. For material changes, we'll provide additional notice (such as an email to registered users). Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
