Short version: Be honest, follow the law, and don't misuse the platform. Coaches and athletes use CCP for free. If you're under 13, a parent or guardian must set up and manage your account. We provide the Services as-is while we grow.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Coaches Corner Pro ("CCP," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of our website at coachescornerpro.com and any related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services — including joining the waitlist or creating an account — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to create your own account. Children under 13 may participate only through an account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for that account and accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users — particularly minors.
CCP profiles are designed to be verified by real coaches rather than self-reported. You grant coaches and organizations you are affiliated with the ability to record and verify performance data associated with your Player ID. You may request corrections to your record at any time by contacting us. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by coaches, organizations, or other users.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as profile details and messages). You grant CCP a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to share it.
The Services, including our name, logo, design, and software, are owned by Coaches Corner Pro and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
Certain features (such as Player Pro and trainer tools) may be offered on a paid basis. Pricing, billing terms, and any applicable fees will be disclosed at the point of purchase before you are charged. Bookings and payments arranged between users and trainers through the marketplace are transactions between those parties; CCP facilitates but is not a party to the underlying coaching relationship.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any recruiting, scouting, or athletic outcome will result from using the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coaches Corner Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.
You may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email to registered users. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
