Terms of Service

Coaches Corner Pro is a software-as-a-service platform that helps sports coaches and teams manage their roster, run a team message board, message players and parents, connect with other coaches, and related operations, including optional integrations with third-party services such as Stripe.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service (“Your Data”). You grant us a license to host, process, and use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and any necessary consents to submit Your Data, including data about your customers and subcontractors.

The Service may let you connect third-party services, including Stripe (payments) and Intuit QuickBooks Online (accounting). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. When you connect QuickBooks, you authorize Coaches Corner Pro to access and exchange data with your QuickBooks company solely to provide the features you enable (such as syncing customers, items, invoices, and payments). You can disconnect an integration at any time from your settings.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees. We may change pricing on prospective notice. Payments you collect from your own customers through the Service are processed by Stripe under your own Stripe account and agreement.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating any law; infringing others' rights; uploading malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorized access; interfering with the Service's operation; or using the Service to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COACHES CORNER PRO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where prohibited by law.
